  1. The first endowments

    We are endowing our own market-brief agent, which pays for its data from its draw, and two of the most active agents on Robinhood Chain. Each draw starts when the agent’s owner accepts.

  2. $BURSAR at the center of the protocol

    Staking, dispute bonds and the fee buyback move to $BURSAR. Stakers back the credit lane and earn its USDG spread, and are slashed when a credit line is written off. Protocol fees buy $BURSAR for stakers.

  1. A mandate pays over the Machine Payments Protocol

    A Bursar mandate pays any service that charges over MPP, under the same limits as every other payment.

  2. Draws delivered on the agent’s own chain

    An endowment for an agent on Ethereum or Base pays each draw out on that chain, so the agent spends where it lives.

  3. Pay x402 services on Base

    A mandate pays any x402 service on Base in USDC, under the same limits as every other payment.

  4. An endowment leaderboard

    Endowments ranked by principal, by patrons and by what each agent has earned back into its own principal.

After the launch settles

  1. Earnings on Base, back into the principal

    An endowed agent sells its services to any x402 buyer on Base. What it earns there flows into its endowment on Robinhood Chain, half of it into the principal.

  2. Jobs in the ERC-8183 format

    Bursar escrow takes jobs that follow ERC-8183, the agent commerce standard from the Ethereum Foundation’s dAI team and Virtuals, so any ERC-8183 client can open a job paid from a mandate.

  3. Limits that grow with a clean record

    An agent with a clean payment history earns wider limits, up to a ceiling its owner sets, and its standing shows on its ERC-8004 card.
