Private mandates
A mandate defines a total budget, a per-period spending cap, allowed spend classes, counterparties, expiry, and a funding lane. The principal can amend or revoke the mandate. The protocol design commits the terms on-chain while retaining the readable terms in the principal’s viewing-key space.
